Customer Reviews
Really happy with Congstar!
Anyone else using Congstar and finding their network amazing? I was a bit worried since it's not one of the big names like Vodafone or O2, but it turns out they use the Telekom network, which is super reliable. I got the Homespot 200 and also added the Video Option, and everything just works perfectly. No issues with codes either, they just go in the cart. I had a 27% discount on my first bill and that was applied automatically. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for good coverage and straightforward deals.
Decent alternative, but a small snag
Compared to my old Vodafone plan, Congstar DE offered a compelling deal for the Homespot 100. The activation process for my SIM-Karte was straightforward, which was a relief. However, I did find that delivery took a bit longer than I expected.
Congstar Prepaid: Mostly Good, But One Glitch
Has anyone else found the Congstar Prepaid Allnet Flat L to be pretty decent? The network coverage is solid, basically Telekom quality without the Telekom price tag, which is a huge plus. I also appreciated the Tidal Option, it's a nice little extra for music lovers. However, I ran into a bit of a snag when trying to top up my credit – the process felt a little less intuitive than with some other providers like Vodafone or O2, especially for someone new to it. It took me a few minutes longer than it should have to figure out where to go and what to click. Value-wise, it's competitive, but that one hiccup did slightly detract from the overall convenience.
Great value, easy switch
I got a fantastic deal on the Google Pixel and switching my number over was surprisingly quick, much faster than I expected. The Video Option is a nice bonus. All the discounts applied automatically at checkout, which was convenient.
Good deal, easy switch
grabbed the eSIM and the Prepaid Allnet Flat M from Congstar DE, and it was pretty straightforward. wanted to see if they offered 5G, and yeah, it works. the changeover was smooth, and the welcome bonus applied automatically without needing a code, which saved me about 20 euros right off the bat. definitely felt like i got good value compared to some of the Telekom or Vodafone plans out there. happy with the overall cost for what i'm getting. 🤑
Good internet, decent support
I ordered the DSL 100 plan a few weeks ago. The setup kit arrived in about 4 days, installation was pretty straightforward after that. Internet speed has been consistent, no dropouts so far. Had a question about my first bill, the customer service via chat was helpful, though it took a little while to connect with someone. Overall, a solid experience for home internet.
Reliable prepaid SIM
Got another Prepaid Allnet Flat M SIM. Just like last time, activation was quick. No surprises, which is good when you just need something that works for a few months abroad.

Hey guys, thinking about switching to Congstar. Does anyone know if they allow you to combine multiple discount codes? Like, if I have a student discount and a regular promo code, can I use both?
